The Do’s —
• Always stand close to the object that you are lifting. Bend at the knees and keep your arms just before the front of your knees.
• When lifting keep your back completely straight.
• Lift using the power of your legs.
The Don’t’s —
• NEVER use your back to lift an object.
• NEVER Lift an item when you are far away from it, it can cause unnecessary strain and may cause injury.
• NEVER lift an Object in rotation. Can rotate disks in your back.
