As there have been several notable achievements within the moving industry in recent months, we thought that we would take some time to tip our hats to the people who put in that little extra effort, to make our industry something so very unique and special.
Arpin Group, Inc.- In October, Arpin was given the annual Lexicon World of Quality Award, by Lexicon Relocation (provider of global mobility services). The awards is honored to those recognized for performance excellence as well as customer satisfaction within the means of global mobility. Thirty total service providers were recognized by the Lexicon Executive Leadership and Global Network Integration team from the within the entrants of the global mobility industry. Winners were chosen based on internal (as well as external) service and performance ratings, in addition to customer survey’s based on “Service Excellence”, “Supplier Partnership”, and “Supplier Innovation”. Senior Vice President, Bob Sullivan had this to say, “Our motto is ‘Creating Customers for Life’, and providing exceptional service is deeply rooted in our company culture, from our movers, to our relocation coordinators, up to our senior managers. Interstate Service Group, Inc.- Inc. Magazine recently named Interstate Service Group, Inc. (Springfield, VA) on its 500/5000 list, as one of America’s Fastest-Growing Private United States Companies. This is the 4th year running for the company! Interstate also celebrated its 70th anniversary this past year, and is an $84 million dollar global enterprise comprised within the fields of the moving and storage industry. Over the past 3 years the company has expanded by adding a new facility in Washington, DC, as well as acquiring 3 companies in the United States, and opened offices in Hong Kong, Rio de Janiero, and Madrid.
