Van Line Expansion and Acquisition

Van Line Expansion and Acquisition

Two van line companies have found that perhaps one of the biggest keys to success is that in the way of purchasing other van line companies. Which in turn expands both businesses, thus creating higher profit margins. So, who are these companies and what made them decide to really go out on a limb in regards to such a huge and important decision? Let’s find out…

Jason Taylor Moving and Storage (Atlanta, GA), who has served the Atlanta area for over 16 years, as well as has been a Stevens Worldwide Van Lines agent since 2004, most recently acquired Davi & Valenti Movers (an interstate agent for Stevens Worldwide Van Lines) in Sarasota, FL, and who served the Sarasota area for over 25 years. Jason Taylor plans on keeping the Davi & Valenti Movers name as well as will continue business as a  local Stevens agent.

On June 1st, New World International (Chicago, IL) acquired Clark & Reid International Relocation (Hoffman Estates, IL. and Billerica, MA.) New World had maintained a long-standing working relationship with Clark & Reid and both parties share a mutual desire regarding providing both commitment and excellence to their customers.

The benefits of these van line branches are in turn striving to maintain the success as well as future well-being of both individual companies. In fact, as stated by Jason Taylor, “Our company already serves many customers who are moving to Florida. The acquisition of Davi & Valenti Movers will expand our business opportunities and allow us to serve current and future customers even better.”

Of course, the main successes of any business regards on the perception based upon treatments of one’s client. And it certainly seems that both of the acquisitions of these companies seem to have only the very best interests at heart.  We wish them all nothing but the very best in all of their future upcoming success!
